Greg Kurzner, CRS, CDPE, GRI, MBA is a 28-year residential real estate and property management veteran. Consistently one of the nation’s most productive realtors, Greg has ranked in the Atlanta Realtor Association’s Top Ten Most Productive Agents for the last 10 years. Greg holds both the GRI and CRS designations and earned his MBA from S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Greg is a nationally-recognized expert in residential investment sales and property management and is a trusted partner to some of the nation’s largest institutional homeowners. Greg acts as Broker and Chief Executive Officer for Atlantic Property Management and ERA Atlantic Realty, the company’s sales division.
Greg is also a NASCLA-Licensed General Contractor. Having built his career in the foreclosure brokerage space, he has worked with such prestigious national lenders as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and others.
