Guaranteed Services +
Guaranteed to Lease – If we don’t rent your property within the first 30 days that your property is on the market we will waive the first month of management fees.
Guaranteed Rent Disbursement Date - If APM has received rent from your tenant on time, we guarantee that your rent will be disbursed to you by the 10th of the month or our management fees will be waived for that month.
Guaranteed Lease Tenure Performance - If for any reason a tenant that we place in your property breaks their lease in the first 6 months of their lease term, we will waive our normal leasing fee and re-rent your home to new tenants for free. Should any tenants we place into your rental home break their lease after the first 6 months of their lease, we will reduce our fee by pro-rating our normal leasing fee to you. We will never charge two full leasing fees in the same 12 month period.

Atlantic Property Management operates a professional facility maintenance department using internal and external contractors.
Our external contractors are categorized in (2) service levels; Authorized Service Providers (ASP) and Preferred Service Providers (PSP). Authorized Service Providers have been pre-screened for any required license, insurance and other basic requirements, these vendors are not delivering any added benefits/discounts to our clients. Preferred Providers are vendors that have been pre-screened with our ASP service requirements and have developed a strong working relationship with Atlantic Property Management. Although there are fees associated with being a PSP, the volume of business we bring to our PSP's allows them to offer discounts over what they would offer the general public. Marietta Area Information
Leo Frank was lynched at 1200 Roswell Road just east of Marietta on August 17, 1915. Frank, a Jewish-American engineer and superintendent of the National Pencil Company in Atlanta, had been convicted on August 25, 1913, for the murder of one of his factory workers, 13-year-old Mary Phagan. The murder and trial, sensationalized in the local press, portrayed Frank as depraved, and captured the public's attention. Raised in New York, Frank was also vilified as a representative of northern capitalism. An eleventh-hour commutation of Frank's death sentence to life imprisonment created great local outrage. A mob, systematically organized for the purpose, abducted Frank from prison, drove him to Marietta, and lynched him. The ring leaders of the abduction included past, current, and future, elected local, county and state officials. There were two state legislators, the mayor, a former governor, a clergyman, two former Superior Court justices, and an ex-sheriff. The Frank case drew attention to antisemitism in the United States and led to the founding of the Anti-Defamation League. Phagan was buried at the Marietta City Cemetery, while Frank was buried in Queens, New York.
In 1942, Eddie Rickenbacker visited the area in order to decide where to place a Bell Bomber Plant. Marietta was chosen. The plant eventually became Lockheed Martin.
